Farm to Table Dinner at Pelindaba Lavender Farm was a huge success

A memorable farm dinner was prepared by Coho Restaurant’s culinary team featuring the flavors of the summer drawing ingredients from local San Juan Island farms, those from the mainland and a touch of culinary lavender from the fields all around, a definite sense of place.
