What do teenagers need on San Juan Island? (Or Orcas? Or Lopez?)
We are passionate about connecting students with our close knit communities. Please share any ideas on the contact form below!
The COVE was created to fill the crucial gap of youth services in the San Juan Islands. It is a response to needs made evident through community assessments and seeks to deeper plug students into their communities while providing academic and professional resources for post-island living.
The four pillars of COVE are:

COMMUNITY: Creatively support the island communities
OPPORTUNITY: Develop online portal of youth resources
VISION: Identify youth programming needs
EMPOWERMENT: Support school student projects
